Sleater-Kinney confirm new LP

Sleater-Kinney are back in the ‘being a band that releases things’ game, and will release a thing, specifically an LP titled ‘No Cities To Love’, on 19 Jan 2015. The news follows the amicable demise of short-lived Sleater-Kinney sideline Wild Flag this time last year.
The trio’s first real body of work since 2005’s ‘The Woods’, it’s produced by S-K’s long-time right hand John Goodmanson. In a press release, singer Carrie Brownstein says: “We sound possessed on these songs, willing it all – the entire weight of the band and what it means to us – back into existence”.
