So Below releases new track ahead of debut EP
By Andy Malt | Published on Monday 1 February 2016
With two tracks released on SoundCloud last year, the CMU approved So Below, aka Maddie North, has made it three with new single ‘Luna’. The track apparently signals more to come from the musician in the next few months.
Speaking to CMU, she said: “‘Luna’ is definitely the most upbeat track I’ve released so far. It’s actually about me moving away from my hometown a few years ago. I think it took a while to adjust and feel like I fit in, so it’s really about me finding my footing and making friends. I co-wrote it with my friend Leroy Clampitt”.
Of her upcoming plans, she adds: “The next few months are going to be really great! I’ll be releasing my four track EP in a few weeks, followed by a couple of singles I’m super proud of. Definitely lining up some shows ASAP which I’m very nervous/excited about, haha!”
