Susan Boyle to voice lighthouse TV diva
By Aly Barchi | Published on Tuesday 25 February 2014
Following a small film role as a churchwarden’s lady wife in ‘The Christmas Candle’ in 2013, Susan Boyle is to take on another acting part, this time on TV.
Whilst Boyle and cast have only so far shot a pilot of the show, which has the working title ‘Diva’, Susan nonetheless plays a ‘singing lighthouse keeper’ in a storyline following a girl from the Channel Islands who wants to become famous. It’s still awaiting commission.
Though some bigmouth source has told the Sun: “Susan is set to play this sort of crazy lighthouse lady. It’s a unique role. There has been a lot of interest in it. Some of the big broadcasters are very keen”.
