Tesco appoints new entertainment chief
By Chris Cooke | Published on Monday 22 April 2013
Tesco has appointed a new chief for its home entertainment operations in the form of Charlotte Harrington, replacing Rob Salter, who, as previously reported, departed the supermarket firm at the start of the year.
Harrington, who will now oversee the retail giant’s music, DVD, gaming and book departments, has worked in various roles at Tesco since joining the company from WH Smith in 2004, most recently as the boss of ‘multi-channel general merchandise’, whatever that means.
