Tinie Tempah releases trampoline-based new single
By Aly Barchi | Published on Thursday 4 July 2013
Tinie Tempah has released a new single titled ‘Trampoline’. Featuring American rapper 2Chainz, beats by Diplo and the phrase “Annefrankly”, it will itself feature as part of the London MC’s new LP ‘Demonstration’, the follow-on to 2010’s ‘Disc-Overy’.
Explaining his fairly literal inspirations in creating the track, this via the BBC’s 1Xtra earlier this week, Tempah said: “It’s about all the crazy things I’ve been able to see. I was always able to get people jumping, so I kind of tied that in with a little joke that people made about me jumping really high in all my performances. That’s why it’s called ‘Trampoline'”.
