A list of songs with ‘love’ in their title for Valentine’s Day
By Chris Cooke | Published on Friday 14 February 2014
Happy Valentine’s Day everybody! Here is a list of the most played songs (in Britain in 2013 as licensed by record industry rights reps PPL) with ‘love’ in their title. Why?
Well, because it’s Valentine’s Day, and St Valentine was executed by the Roman regime for his religious beliefs, and religious persecution always makes me think of Ellie Goulding singing “I need your love” over some irritating synths.
Enjoy the list everybody!
1. Calvin Harris feat Ellie Goulding – I Need Your Love
2. John Newman – Love Me Again
3. Lawson – Learn To Love Again
4. P!nk feat Lily Allen – True Love
5. Rudimental feat John Newman – Feel the Love
6. Calvin Harris feat Rihanna – We Found Love
7. Ne-Yo – Let Me Love You (Until You Learn To Love Yourself)
8. Adele – Make You Feel My Love
9. Ben Howard – Only Love
10. Florence And The Machine – You’ve Got The Love
