A Tribe Called Quest to split after Kanye dates

Rapper Q-Tip has revealed via Twitter that A Tribe Called Quest will disband (again) once they’ve cashed in their next paycheq… I mean, played a final pair of live dates in late-November.
The group, who formed in 1989, breaking up in 1998 only to reform for the Rock The Bells festival in 2004, have decided to put a halt to the occasional touring they’ve done since.
Their last shows – for now – will be supporting Kanye ‘Yeezus’ West at New York’s Barclays Center (20 Nov) and Madison Square Garden (24 Nov).
