Pop type Chlöe Howl had her eighteenth birthday the other day, and marked it by releasing a video for past single ‘Rumour’ and giving away a three track EP, featuring ‘Rumour’, the CMU Approved ‘No Strings’ and a new track titled ‘I Wish I Could Tell You’.
