Chris Cornell works with Timbaland on new album

Ex-Soundgarden and Audioslave man Chris Cornell has confirmed a release date for his collaboration with that Timbaland chap. His new album, ‘Scream’, will be released on 9 Mar.
I think it’s a bit of a concept album, influenced in part by Pink Floyd’s ‘The Wall’, and, according to Cornell, it’s “the best work I’ve done in my career”.
Though that’s not what people were saying when a track of it leaked onto the net last year. Cornell will be in London ahead of the album release to play the Scala on 23 Feb.
