Rounding up the latest gig news…

OFWGKTA’s favourite kid brother Earl Sweatshirt (pictured) is going on a tour to support his solo LP ‘Doris’, which is still out in shops, and still worthy of your time. Comprising four UK/Ireland shows, the run will kick off at London’s Brixton Electric on 23 Mar, continuing on to Glasgow’s Garage, Manchester’s Academy 2, and winding up on 26 Mar in Dublin’s Academy.

Full info on Earl’s weird ‘Wearld’ tour is here.

Ella Eyre, highest-placed loser in the BBC Sound Of 2014 list, is making (kind of) like Earl and headlining a set of dates in March. The first is at London’s XOYO on 12 Mar, whilst the last of eight is at Manchester’s Gorilla on 21 Mar. All shows trail in the wake of Eyre’s new ‘Deeper’ EP, the title track to which is here. Ella fans can check on her live listings, meanwhile, here.

Blushing indie band Shy Nature, who apparently – says the NME – are apt to “appropriate the glossy pop of ‘Serontonin’-era Mystery Jets, right down to singer William’s Blaine Harrison-esque simper” – are also, like everyone else in this and every Gigs & Tours Round-Up, doing some gigs and tours soon-ish. Their tour runs from 7 Feb at Leeds’ Cockpit 3, right up until 16 Feb at the Bristol Lousiana. Jen Long is releasing Shy Nature’s new single ‘Lie Back’ via her Kissability label on 17 Feb, so why not go and listen to a bit of it here.

Also, hot hip hop tip Lolo has confirmed her first shows for 2014 in the shape of a “select” Feb trek. She gets going on 20 Feb at The Basement in London, then moves on to the capital’s Shacklewell Arms on 4 Mar, before hitting Manchester and Liverpool and looping back to LDN to play Shoreditch House on 11 Mar.

In the mean time, hear her singing with Giggs on ‘Gangsters’:
