Lee says James Brown biopic will happen

More James Brown, and Spike Lee has insisted his long talked about Brown biopic will happen, and that Wesley Snipes will play the Godfather of soul in it (though he’ll mime to Brown originals when it comes to the songs).
Of course Snipes is facing three years in jail for tax evasion, which could delay the film somewhat. The actor is appealing the sentence.
