AXS, the prominent global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider, are looking for a Technical Project Manager to execute and manage a variety of projects for AXS Europe but also supporting global strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for European release coordination of products and services across the full AXS tech stack.

You will have 3 main areas of responsibility – Team management, Release management and European Delivery project management.

You will have direct accountability for identifying risks and coordinating resources across global teams to ensure timely delivery. At times you will be the lead for one or more dev teams or specific projects within a team; at other times you will be the European sponsor tasked with ensuring the successful delivery of key projects lead by other Project Managers across the AXS Tech Group.

We're looking for someone with

  • Relevant project/programme management experience, including project management and development tools.
  • Experience in dealing with shifting priorities, high pressure demands and tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with software build and release processes, including related management tools (Jira, Bamboo, etc).
  • Experience and understanding of version control and branching as part of the development lifecycle.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset; experience handling complex internal and external dependencies.
  • Experienced in Agile and Lean frameworks; ability to contribute to and drive best practices.
  • Ability to embrace new challenges and deal with a level of ambiguity.
  • A growth mindset, with a desire to learn more about technology, products, and delivery

You'll be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organized individual; a natural leader and great communicator who is at ease dealing with all levels of stakeholders.

You are comfortable motivating a team on delivery and constantly strive to deliver world-class project management. You are adept at building relationships across all areas of the organisation to build your understanding of all stakeholders' needs.

You'll be used to working at pace to tight deadlines. You will have a meticulous eye for detail and thrive working as part of a passionate, busy team who love what they do. This role will involve occasional travel to other AXS offices (Europe and US).

You'll want to raise the bar in this role; we encourage new ideas and innovation and value everyone's perspective.

We will give you training in our systems, policies and procedures so that you'll be set up for success.
