AXS, part of AEG, is a leading global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider. They are looking for a Graphic Designer to work closely with cross-functional teams (i.e., Business Development, Sponsorship, and Marketing) to design business materials in a style that is clear and compelling.

You will be the main point of contact when a variety of materials (print, digital, and video) are needed for strategy meetings and are responsible for visualising an elegant balance between strong business strategies and compelling product designs within brand guidelines.

You will:

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Sponsorship, and Marketing teams
  • Design compelling presentations that amplify the AXS brand
  • Visualise business strategies with confident typography and a dynamic balance of colour
  • Manage multiple projects that span global timelines
  • Refine templates in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Maintain our design library of content and creative assets
  • Be a champion of our brand standards, templates, and guidelines
  • Comprehend and translate complex information into presentation slides that demonstrate excellent narrative sense, hierarchy, balance, colour theory, and typography

We are looking for someone with substantial professional experience in a graphic design role with a BA or BS in Graphic/Visual Arts or a related area with equivalent training. You will have experience of working directly with senior employees and executives on critical projects.

You will:

  • Have a strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of information design
  • Have a strong skills in Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365
  • Be proficient in Figma or a strong understanding of prototyping
  • Have a strong understanding of corporate brand systems to create variations for print, digital, and video formats.
  • Have a strong understanding of presentation technology to troubleshoot issues for business teams, i.e., ideal aspect ratios for various channels, presentation limitations between PC and Mac, sound/playback settings for videos.
  • Have a strong understanding of design trends and best practices for presentation, e.g., TED Talk, Apple WWDC.
  • Be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team from remote location working on projects that span global timelines.

We will give you training in our systems, policies and procedures so that you'll be set up for success.
