50 Cent has reportedly reached an out of court settlement over allegations he assaulted a photographer back in 2003. The New York Post's Deputy Photo Assignment editor Jim Alcorn said he sustained neck and jaw injuries after Fiddy lashed out at him after he tried to take a picture of the hip hopper as he left a jewellery shop. Alcorn sued the star, but his lawyer confirmed to the Post this week: "A settlement was reached and all parties are satisfied". A spokesman for Fiddy added: "It's a legal issue that's been settled".
