Acoustic Festival returns to Nantwich

The second Acoustic Festival returns to Nantwich Showground on 28-29 July, with Jethro Tull, Midge Ure and Jah Wobble among the acts.

The second Acoustic Festival is to be held again at the Nantwich Showground in Cheshire this summer, taking place from 28-29 Jul. The event, set to take place across three main stages with a capacity of 12,000, will feature performances from the likes of Jethro Tull, Midge Ure, Jah Wobble, the Chris Difford Band, Hazel O'Connor, Dead Men Walking and The Animals.

The new third stage, The Woody Guthrie Stage, is set to feature a line-up of blues and roots artists, whilst the Octagon stage, as last year, will feature appearances from a variety of unsigned artists. Additionally, event organisers are promising better camping facilities and improved security. Early bird weekend tickets are now available, see http://www.acousticfestival.co.uk for info.
