A bit of gossip from the second series of American Idol, now in full swing with Mr Cowell playing the obligatory 'evil English guy' and shooting down even more irritating American kids. Word is one of the Washington semi-finalists - a Frenchie Davis – has had to drop out of the show after she admitted working for an adult website four years ago. Fox TV, who air the show, have simply said Davis will be replaced on the show airing 25 Feb, but London based 19 Entertainment, who produce the show, have said they will "endeavour to do all in its power to help Frenchie further her music career" – after all, who better to follow up the Tatu phenomenon than a former porn star turned pop idol?
