DJ Andy Kershaw has been told he could face jail for breaching that restraining order that stops him from making contact with his former partner. As previously reported, Kershaw has admitted to breaching the restraining order. He was temporarily jailed earlier this month for then breaching bail conditions that were put in place after the restraining order breach. Yesterday he was back in court on the Isle Of Man, where he and his ex live, and it was revealed that the BBC radio presenter breached the order by sending "abusive" text messages to his ex. Reviewing the case, High Bailiff Michael Moyle told Kershaw that "prison is a real possibility", adding: "If you wish not to have any further dealings with your children, carry on in the way you're doing".
