Arrest warrant out for Foxy Brown

A New York judge has issued an arrest warrant for rapper Foxy Brown after she missed a court appearance on charges of hitting a woman with a BlackBerry.

Well, that didn't take long. A New York judge has issued an arrest warrant for rapper Foxy Brown after she missed a scheduled court appearance yesterday. She was due in court to face charges relating to that incident when she allegedly hit another women with a Blackberry mobile phone. The incident has already caused Brown, real name Inga Marchand, to spend some time inside because it constituted a violation of probation conditions relating to an earlier sentence, and led to the courts jailing her. The court was due to consider the actual charges stemming from Blackberry incident yesterday, but couldn't because of her no show. Her attorney reportedly said there had been a misunderstanding and that arrangements had been made to delay the trial until later this week, though he's also quoted as saying he had not hear from his client recently and didn't know where she was, which I don't suppose helped her cause in court. Marchand, of course, has only just got out of jail following the aforementioned probation violation. Place your bets now on the chances of her throwing her iPod at the police officer that tries to arrest her, landing herself back in jail.
