Approved: 070 Shake
By Andy Malt | Published on Tuesday 14 January 2020
Already given guest spots on albums by Kanye West, Pusha T and DJ Khaled, singer 070 Shake is rapidly gaining recognition in her own right. Following on from the success of last year’s ‘Glitter’ EP, she is now set to release her debut album, ‘Modus Vivendi’, on Friday.
“I just really go with how I feel in the moment, and then that’s where the writing comes from”, she says of creating her music. “It’s like an ongoing disperse of words when I feel something. I want it to make a change in the world. The agenda is bigger than just music”.
Two singles have been released from the album so far, ‘Under The Moon’ and the newly posted ‘Guilty Conscience’. Both show an artist brimming with creativity and the confidence to pull off those lofty ambitions for her work.
She is set to play a sold out show at Village Underground in London on 20 Jan. Watch the video for ‘Guilty Conscience’ here:
