WSTRN’s ‘In2’ has been picking up a following over the summer, culminating in the West London trio signing to Warner/Atlantic in August. Moving fast to capitalise on the hype already built, the track will be properly released this Friday.
It’s easy to see why ‘In2’ is proving so popular. It’s a wilfully commercial take on the mainstream R&B and hip hop coming out the US at the moment, but with a very British delivery that makes it feel fresh. It feels very much like a summer hit, which it has already been to a certain level, but if they can hold the momentum it could become a mainstay of next year’s sunny weather too.
