Benny Andersson defends Brosnan's vocals

Former Abba star Benny Andersson has defended Pierce Brosnan's singing in the film Mamma Mia, which critics had panned.

Former Abba star Benny Andersson has defended Pierce Brosnan's singing, after the former Bond star's vocal stylings in new Abba film 'Mamma Mia' were pronounced rubbish by the critics.

Andersson told The Sun: "Everybody complains that Pierce can't sing and it pisses me off. I think he has a great voice. He couldn't sing Nessun Dorma but neither could I and I was in Abba. It's like saying Bob Dylan can't sing. It's just not fair. He has a good voice".

Either way, I doubt Brosnan is under any illusions about his vocal talent. I get the impression that he's not the type to take himself too seriously.
