Because it's their job. Well, the news is that Bloc Party have recorded some new material with producer Paul Epworth. A note on their official website said "They had just about enough time to record two tracks - 'Two More Years' and 'Hero' before jetting off to France to begin an extended bout of European festival appearances."
The band plan to mix the new material later this month and hope they'll be able to give fans a taster of the new songs very soon.
