Only a couple of weeks after admitting she did not marry former boyfriend Robert Smith (a music producer not the Cure singer), R&B star Brandy has announced her engagement to basket ball player Quentin Richardson. Brandy was reportedly furious when Smith recently told a NY radio station that the couple were not legally wed but had merely said they were to preserve the singer's reputation when she fell pregnant. But the singer was all smiles when 24 year old Richardson presented her with an 11 and a half carat diamond ring worth $1 million at a party at the Century Club in Los Angles. Luvly.
