Brighton pipe organ showdown

Fans can vote for songs by Fujiya and Miyagi, British Sea Power and The Go! Team to be performed on a pipe organ at the Brighton Festival's 'Manic Organic' show.

I don't think I'll ever get the chance to write a better headline than that. So, thank you Fujiya and Miyagi, British Sea Power and The Go! Team, all of whom are in the running to have their songs played on a pipe organ as part of this year's Brighton Festival.

Organisers of the show, entitled 'Manic Organic', are asking fans to vote for two songs to be performed by William Whitehead at the Brighton Dome on 15 May. Also performing are The Necks, Robert Lippok, Paul Ayres, with a programme that will also cover freeform jazz and happy hardcore - all played on the pipe organ.
