Britney Spears is reportedly "devastated", not at only charting at number three though. Rather at the previously reported court ruling which has taken away her visitation rights to see her children. Which is hardly a surprise, I suppose. As previously reported, the courts overseeing the custody battle between her and ex Kevin Federline ruled Britney could no longer visit her children because she had failed to fulfil other obligations to the court.
Following that court decision, a source close to Spears has told E! Online, "She's really upset. She keeps saying, 'I can't believe this is happening'. It's like she just can't accept what's happened".
The good news, for Britney, is that the visitation rights are likely to be reinstated because she has reportedly fulfilled whatever court obligations it was she had failed to fulfil.
