Britney hit and run case postponed

A hit and run case against Britney Spears has been put on hold, as Judge TK Herman doubts she is capable of entering a binding agreement; it will be reassessed on 20 March.

Britney Spears' ongoing court case regarding that hit and run incident in LA last August, when Brit hit a parked car and drove off without notifying the owner, has been put on hold because the judge overseeing it doesn't think Spears is capable of facing the charges. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge TK Herman says he does not believe Spears could provide a deposition or signed declaration in relation to the incident because he doesn't think she is "qualified or capable of entering into a binding agreement". According to the Associated Press, the matter will be reassessed on 20 Mar.
