Britney kidnap threat and lawsuit

Spears's lawyer warned that releasing custody documents could endanger her sons, while two photographers threaten to sue over an alleged spa altercation with her bodyguard.

Two, yes two, Britney updates for you today, you lucky people.

Firstly, the news that Spears' lawyer has tentatively suggested that the release of documents relating to the custody case of the children that the singer had in her marriage to K-Fed could potentially lead to a security lapse and the kidnapping of their sons. Attorney Laura Wasser said: "Such information greatly increases the chances that the actions of the media could threaten the safety of the minor children by, for example, causing a traffic accident or by exposing the minor children to criminals who might target the minor children for financial gain". The judge thus granted protection of the documents, which is all well and good.

In your second piece of Britters' news, there's an update on another one of her spats with paparazzi photographers. Two of them have accused Spears of throwing a baby bottle and shouting "I am going to kill you!" at them after they snapped her leaving a spa in the US. The dispute allegedly escalated following Spears' bodyguard, Cesar Julio Camera, pushing one of the paparazzi up against the wall until the venue security intervened. Following this, Camera then threw the other cameraman to the ground and began punching and kicking him while Spears threw insults and a baby bottle. Spears then launched the death threat against the same photographer. It must be noted, however, that Britney Spears - aside from being a tad cuckoo - isn't the most fearsome individual in the world (though we've never met), and I can't imagine the experience of having a baby bottle thrown your way is all that traumatising. All the same, the pair of photographers are threatening to sue the estranged pop star, despite receiving no public response from Spears' legal team.
