Britney entangled herself in more law-related trouble on Thursday when her bodyguard lashed out at a photographer in Las Vegas after they tried to snap the singer and her children walking between their hotel and a casino. US Weekly claims that the guard shoved the photographer in the chest and then accidentally hit Spears' child, 22-month old Sean Preston. Charges have been filed all round, with Spears notably filing a complaint against the photographer's behaviour towards her son.
