Calvin Harris runs house party contest to set UK record

Calvin Harris plans to crawl a series of UK house parties in an attempt at a record, ending with an acoustic set at a contest winner's home, prize £1500.

Calvin Harris is apparently trying to set some kind of world record for the most house parties happening at the same time across the UK. He plans to crawl these parties, apparently, ending up with an acoustic set at one party-holder's house. He told NME.com: "I haven't been to a good old-fashioned house party in years, so this whole idea is basically a mechanism for me to do that. Obviously I'll be playing a song or two, but my main motivation behind this is to eat all the lucky winner's crisps and fall asleep on their sofa. I'm thoroughly looking forward to it".

To get Calvin to play at their house party and give them a £1500 cash prize, fans need to enter the contest at http://www.calvinharris.co.uk.
