More mad Courtney news. A business management and accountancy firm in LA are suing Courtney Love for nearly a million dollars claiming the singer owes them their fees stemming from that high profile $19.5 million deal in 2006 in which Love sold a stake in the publishing catalogue of her late husband Kurt Cobain. The firm, London & Co, say they had a verbal agreement with Love that she would pay them 5% of any monies created by the publishing deal. Love is yet to respond to the action, though we'll keep an eye on her blog in case any nonsensical ranty response is forthcoming. I suspect any breach of contract is really Ryan Adams' fault. Or may Billie Joe Armstrong's.
