Death in Vegas take videos to new level

Death in Vegas are making a series of star-studded short films for each track on 'Scorpio Rising', due 16 September, to be released on DVD.

Death in Vegas are taking making videos to the next level by recording a series of star studded short films to accompany each of the tracks on their forthcoming album ‘Scorpio Rising’, due for release on 16 Sep. The videos will be released on a DVD in the new year. DiV’s Richard Vegas told NME.com yesterday: "Every film has a range of actors, directors and artists involved. It’s really exciting but I’m not allowed to say anything. Because it’s on a DVD we won’t have that thing where we have to conform to MTV rules for the short films." Although the list of actors is a secret, the NME reckon Hollywood bad guy Dennis Hopper ('Speed', 'Easy Rider', 'True Romance' and currently on the TV show '24') will appear.
