DNA test confirms Eddie Murphy is father of Mel B's daughter

A DNA test has confirmed that Eddie Murphy is the father of Mel B's recently born daughter, a result reportedly sourced via Mel B's PR, with a Spice Girls reunion also expected.

As you may have seen much reported over the weekend, a DNA test has confirmed that Eddie Murphy is, in fact, the father of former Spice Girl Melanie Brown's recently born daughter, as Mel B had said from the word go. As previously reported, Murphy initially denied he was the father, although he is reported to have said he would fulfill his duties towards the child if a DNA test proved he was the father - although in the end Brown had to get a court order to force the actor and comedian to take the test. No comment yet from either party regarding the DNA test result, though US reports regarding the result were seemingly sourced via Mel B's PR.

Elsewhere in Spice Girls news, everyone seems to think that the latest talk of an upcoming reunion for the girl power five will actually result in a reunion. In fact the multi-million pound reunion is expected to be announced at a press conference later this week, and is expected to include a greatest hits album and 25 date world tour.
