Well, after those not quite confirmed reports that Pete Doherty had turned up at Johnny Borrell's dressing room and headbutted him at the Leeds Festival recently, a confirmation appears to have emanated from the Razorlight camp that the incident did in fact occur.
At the time of the incident a source told The Sun: "Lisa [Moorish] and Pete popped in to say hello to Johnny. She was with him all day while Kate [Moss] is in Ibiza. They sat around having a few drinks. But something triggered inside Pete. He got up and headbutted Johnny - it was a heavy hit. Johnny was in agony with blood running down his face. He punched back and landed one on Pete, who was dragged away by security."
The latest news, however, is that Razorlight's drummer Andy Burrows has told 6music: "[Borrell's] still got a bit of a bruised eye. I think as far as Johnny's concerned, it's no big deal. Peter is somebody he used to know. Maybe he feels he's not the same guy he used to know. It's a shame really, it was an amazing weekend - but it ended in a headbutt."
