Electric 6 are to return with a subtly titled new single and a full UK tour including an intimate London gig.
Dick Valentine and his band are currently in the studio recording the follow-up to their 2003 album 'Fire', but will be making a brand new song available to fans in October. The track, 'Vibrator', will be available as an exclusive free download from 11 Oct from the band's official website http://www.electricsix.com.
Following that, Electric 6 will finally be releasing their long awaited version of Queen's classic 'Radio Ga Ga' as a single on 13 Dec (didn't we say that this time last year?).
The full tour dates are:
12 Oct: London's Metro Club
27 Nov: Leadmill, Sheffield
28 Nov: Hull University, Hull
29 Nov: Rock City, Nottingham
1 Dec: MDH Hall, Manchester
2 Dec: Barrowlands Glasgow
3 Dec: UEA Norwich
4 Dec: Anson Rooms, Bristol
6 Dec: ULU London
