More secrets. Embrace have revealed they are to play a secret UK tour from 24 Sep. Obviously the tour itself isn't secret - they've just announced it. It is the venues that are secret.
Fans will be told the secret locations of the gigs via text messages sent to their mobile phones. To register to receive details of the gigs visit Embrace's website http://www.secretgig.com.
The band had their most recent secret gig on Shepherds Bush Green last Friday (3 Sep). NME report that hours before their sell out show at the Shepherds Bush Empire, hundreds of fans holding white balloons (presumably it made for a nice photo) turned out to see an acoustic set. Singer Danny McNamara said: "Don't let go of the balloons, we're on the Heathrow flight path and we'll all be in trouble if you do!" The band's forthcoming album is titled 'Out Of Nothing'.
