Enemy chap hospitalised

The Enemy guitarist Andy Hopkins was taken to hospital after passing out following the band's Radio 1 Big Weekend appearance, which he says may have been caused by a spiked drink.

The Enemy's Andy Hopkins ended up in hospital last week, apparently due to a spiked drink - or so he says. The guitarist was taken ill following the band's appearance at Radio 1's Big Weekend, and passed out. He says: "It was scary. I'd only been drinking booze, it must have been spiked. I can't remember any of it but the lads said I was trying to headbutt cars and jumped out of the van and headbutted the concrete. Then I was being sick in a corner - they had to call an ambulance. I think I scared them".
