Talking of Britney, which we were, fleetingly, Kevin Federline's legal people have publicly criticised Spears' no show for a recent session in the couple's ongoing custody battle. As previously reported, Spears was due to attend a session at the Fed's lawyers' office last week, but phoned in sick at the last minute. Lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan says that Spears should be more responsible in her actions relating to the custody battle. He told reporters: "It's not like the fourth grade where you get a doctor's note and it's all OK. If you don't obey a court order, you can be held in contempt, but we're not really interested in punishing her. We're interested in getting facts and information that are inconsistent with her position or consistent with my client's position".
