Gabriel is back

Peter Gabriel has an eleven-track album ready for September release, his first studio album in ten years, featuring guest artists including the Blind Boys Of Alabama and Peter Green, with an autumn tour expected.

Ten years after his last studio album Peter Gabriel has another eleven track LP ready for release in September. A diverse group of guest artists make appearances, including the Blind Boys Of Alabama, the late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, former Fleetwood Mac guitarist Peter Green, and bassist Danny Thompson (Talk Talk, David Sylvian). Many of the eleven songs have been previewed over the past few months on Gabriel's website, while some others have their basis on older Gabriel songs songs, in particular ‘I Grieve’, which was included on the1998 soundtrack for "City of Angels" but has been heavily revamped. The album release should be backed up by an Autumn tour.
