Gallows quit music

Gallows frontman Frank Carter says he plans to quit music for tattooing after at least three albums, describing the band as a hobby he gets paid for.

Frank Carter, frontman of up-coming punk band Gallows, has claimed that he plans to quit music and make his tattooing a full time pursuit. Though not until he's released at least three albums. So this isn't really much of a story, but I've started it now so might as well finish it. The comments, which led some to report Gallows Quit Music', followed Carter's previously reported Reading Festival stunt where he received a new tattoo live on stage. Carter told reporters: "Gallows is not my life. Never has been, never will be. It's a hobby I get paid for. I'm a tattoo artist - that will always be my life and job. Being in a band is something I do for fun. I quit the band four times before we signed to a major label. Gallows won't last five years".
