GCap has nabbed the Head Of Programmes at its rival Chrysalis for the role of Programme Director For Content And Digital. Pete Simmons will join GCap to oversee its digital brands and to coordinate the sharing of content between the group's various stations. He'll report to GCap's Group Programme Director Dirk Anthony who said this: "Pete's vast programming knowledge and experience will help create greater value from the rich content GCap generates every day". It's not clear how soon Simmons will arrive at GCap's Leicester Square HQ - his arrival is presumably dependent on contractual commitments to Chrysalis.
