Gene Simmons sued over racing deal

Allan Brown is suing Gene Simmons for fraud and slander, claiming Simmons and two partners cut him out of a marketing deal with the Indy Racing League.

Gene Simmons is being sued for fraud and slander. Allan Brown claims that the Kiss bassist and two business partners cut him out of a marketing deal between Simmons and the Indy Racing League which he helped to set up. He also says that they told officials at the racing league that he was "lazy". As he's now suing for slander presumably he denies the 'him being lazy' claims.
