Glasto tickets go on sale

Tickets for Glastonbury went on sale at £105 plus booking fee, with REM and Radiohead confirmed as headliners and further acts rumoured.

Festival update part one. Glastonbury tickets go on sale today at http://www.aloud.com, from 08708 302003 and at various ticket agencies around the UK. Tickets cost £105 plus booking fee. Glastonbury never announce their line up until very close to the Festival itself long after the event has sold out. However this year REM and Radiohead have both said they will play headline sets. Other strong rumours to appear are Grandaddy, The Strokes, Feeder and Billy Bragg. Past rumours that Dolly Parton would play a set have been denied, and this weekend an unofficial Prince website said rumours he would be performing at Glastonbury were untrue.
