Gym Class Heroes drummer Matt McGinley has been arrested in Mexico, but no-one seems to know what exactly he's been arrested for at present. The band's PR has released a statement which reads: "Gym Class Heroes drummer Matt McGinley was arrested early Monday morning in Mexico. McGinley was last seen out at a club with the rest of his band Sunday evening".
The statement continued: "Details are still forthcoming, but it is known that the band was in Mexico to perform for a television taping. Local counsel has been hired to try to get Matt out".
