Hard-Fi's Richard Jones has told the Daily Star that he really doesn't like Elton John. He is, of course, not the only one. Anyway, here's what he told the tabloid: "Elton John Really winds us up. They just keep wheeling him out. He even sings with dead rappers. I can't believe he'd stoop so low as to use Pete Doherty. It was all too much, all very very wrong."
Jones also expressed his confidence about their new single, 'Living For The Weekend', out 19 Sep, and about their Mercury Prize nominated album 'Stars Of CCTV', saying: "We recorded our record ourselves and wouldn't let anyone hear it until we'd made it as good as we could. No one can turn round and say that's rubbish cos if they did we can say you don't know what you're talking about."
Which makes a lot of sense.
