Jack White considers Coke

Jack White is reportedly in talks with Coca Cola to write a new song celebrating the soft drink, despite The White Stripes previously refusing a Gap advert in 2001.

Reports suggest that Jack White is in talks with fizzy pop colossus Coca Cola to write a new song celebrating the soft drink. The company are apparently trying to recreate the success of 'I'd Like To Buy The World A Coke' back in 1971. It seems an unlikely partnership, given The White Stripes' past refusals to get involved with big business - the band turned down a Gap ad back in 2001.
