Jacko foreclosure notice surfaces

A foreclosure notice on Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch over a defaulted $23 million loan has been published by TMZ.com.

More on Michael Jackson's financial woes. Celeb website TMZ.com has published a foreclosure notice that has been issued by the Fidelity National Financial insurance company on Jacko's Neverland ranch in relation to defaulted repayments on a $23 million loan secured on proptery. This is presumably the same default notice reported on by Fox News last month. The notice has led to speculation Jackson could lose his Californian home as soon as next January, not that he lives there any more anyway.
