That airplane maintenance company owner who pleaded guilty to installing the hidden cameras on a jet hired by Michael Jackson nearly three years ago, cameras that recorded conversations between Jacko and his then lawyer Mark Geragos as they flew to Santa Barbara so that Jackson could be arrested on those then new child abuse charges, has been jailed for eight months.
Executive Aviation boss Arvel Jett Reeves will also face an additional six months in a 'half way house' for his part in attempts to secure the highly private recordings, which he and Jeffrey Borer, who owned the company who chartered the plane, hoped to sell to the highest bidder (as it happens, given the controversial way that the recordings were made, no one bid).
Reeves pleaded guilty to federal charges brought against him in relation to the incident back in March.
