Our roster spans emerging talent to some of the biggest names in music, plus events including concerts, family theatre, comedy, podcasts, and spoken word tours.
We create impactful, strategic publicity campaigns that cut through the noise across regional press, national press, online, radio, TV, podcasts, and beyond.
The Role
We’re looking for a bright, proactive Assistant to join our team and support across a variety of exciting music and event PR campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves music and entertainment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and distribute press releases, schedules, and media alerts
- Maintain and update press contact databases
- Track media coverage, compile press clippings, and prepare campaign reports
- Coordinate press logistics for gigs, festivals, album release shows, and interviews
- Manage guest lists and accreditation requests
- Maintain a shared calendar of releases and events
- Handle press-related correspondence promptly and professionally
- Anticipate needs and help ensure smooth running of campaigns
- Carry out general office administration and ad hoc team support tasks
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for music, media, and entertainment
- Excellent organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident phone manner
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Mailchimp
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn
- Awareness of current trends within the media landscape
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening events
- Prior experience in music, entertainment, or communications is desirable
Location
This is a London-based hybrid role, split between our Walthamstow base and remote working. Occasional travel within the UK may be required.
