As Assistant Front of House Manager at Eventim Apollo, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional experiences for both artists and fans. Your expertise ensures that while guests enjoy the show, everything behind the scenes runs flawlessly.

Your Role Will Include: 

  • Operational Excellence: Managing bars, merchandise, cloakrooms, seating arrangements, and handling customer feedback
  • Evening & Weekend Management: Taking charge as the Duty FOH Manager during performances
  • Security Coordination: Leading briefings with production teams on health, safety, and security protocols
  • Financial Responsibility: Overseeing bar inventory and managing all financial aspects across multiple revenue streams
  • Executive Reporting: Providing detailed nightly reports to senior leadership
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborating with production teams, security, medical staff, fire officers, and other departments
  • Event Planning: Organising pre- and post-show events alongside visiting productions
  • Revenue Optimisation: Ensuring smooth operations while maximising profitability across all service areas

  • Relevant experience in similar-sized venues with high event frequency and guest numbers
  • Knowledge of industry guidelines and event management best practices
  • Proven track record working with VVIPs and executive-level clients
  • Demonstrated success in team administration (scheduling and performance management)
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Resilience and high energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid personal alcohol license
  • Comfort with the non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends) this position requires
