AXS, a prominent global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider, are hiring an Implementation Project manager.
The Implementation Project Manager will co-ordinate, implement, communicate and drive the successful completion of AXS Europe projects. They will have direct responsibility for identifying risks and coordinating resources to ensure timely delivery.
You will:
- Schedule and organise project inception meetings
- Clearly define the scope, business objectives, deliverables, roles, responsibilities, risks, timelines and resources for each project
- Define and manage project tasks and resource requirements
- Work across the business on an ongoing basis to gather estimates to develop timelines and delivery dates
- Coordinate conversations about trade-offs in scope, resources, and/or timelines
- Develop appropriate scale project plans and share with all relevant internal stakeholders
With a background in Music, Sports or Theatre ticketing you will be used to working in a busy team environment.
You will have excellent project management skills and experience and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
You will be highly motivated and organised individual; always curious and happy to learn about our company's software so you can assist our clients as and when needed.
A clear and concise communicator you will be able to build good working relationships with teams across AXS and AEG and with external clients as well.
You'll want to raise the bar in this role; we encourage new ideas and innovation and value everyone's perspective.

Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters in AEG and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies and procedures so that you'll be set up for success.
Where: You'll be based at our head office Cottons, 7th Floor West, 47/49 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QN, but the role will involve travel on an ad hoc basis. We offer flexible start and end times and also welcome flexible working conversations.
